This mentorship is an ongoing 1:1 journey designed to help you understand and master your breath – the bridge between body and mind. Together, we explore the science, psychology, and direct experience of breathing so you can regulate your nervous system, improve focus, and restore balance from the inside out.

Coaching is woven throughout the process to help you identify where you’re stuck and create a path from where you are to where you want to be. Often it’s not the mind that’s holding us back but the state of our nervous system. The breath reveals what’s happening beneath the surface, and by retraining it and building capacity in the body, we unlock what’s been dormant, moving beyond the limits that keep us stuck.

Each session blends education, guided breath experiences, and practical protocols you can integrate into your daily life. You’ll learn how your breathing mirrors your state, how stress shapes your patterns, and how to use the breath to shift from reactivity to presence.

This is not a quick fix. It’s a progressive mentorship designed to help you move from dysregulation to coherence, from exhaustion to vitality, and from overthinking to embodied calm. Through weekly sessions and daily practice, you’ll retrain your system, deepen awareness, and integrate the tools needed to sustain lasting change.

Ideal for those wanting to understand their patterns, learn the fundamentals, and begin integrating daily practices that calm the body and steady the mind. You’ll explore the science of breathing and how patterns in your breath reflect the patterns in your life. Includes one Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) journey to explore what’s beneath the surface and allow the body and breath to release what’s ready to move.

8 Week Coaching Journey
A deeper journey that expands your capacity and rewires long held stress responses. This version includes progressive breath protocols, emotional integration work, and ongoing support to help you move from reactivity to coherence and from fatigue to vitality. Includes two Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) journeys to access and integrate unconscious material, deepening awareness and releasing what the breath and body have to teach.
