Your life We audit how you actually live, your sleep, nutrition, routines, and your relationship with attention, devices, and information, and design systems that support your growth instead of draining it.

Your mind We go under the hood at what’s really driving you: the beliefs, patterns, and unfinished business that quietly hold you back. This is where performance meets the inner work.

Your relationships How you lead is shaped by how you relate. We develop your capacity to stay grounded, attuned, and present, at home, in love, and under pressure.

Your purpose Performance without alignment burns out. We reconnect you to your deeper why and align your system with what you’re actually here to build.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork: a systems upgrade

Grounded in the breath science I’m trained in through the School of Breath Science, this work moves through three stages: restoration, regulation, and resilience.

  • Restoration — rebuild what stress has depleted: recovery, sleep, the energy you’ve been running without.
  • Regulation — train your nervous system to respond instead of react, so you stay composed when the pressure climbs.
  • Resilience — build the capacity to perform under pressure, again and again, without burning out. 

This is education through experience. You won’t just understand it; you’ll feel it. And as you do the work, we measure it –  real data that tracks your changes while the rest of your life shifts around it.

Later in the program, we go deeper with Conscious Connected Breathwork  – an experiential practice that works directly in the brain and body. Breath is the bridge between body and mind. This is where regulation becomes transformation.

MY TRAINING

My professional training blends evidence-based methodologies with lived experience to create a comprehensive approach to transformation. Key certifications and expertise include:

  • Art of Instinct and Intuition: trained with Duey Freeman and Kimberly Rose in Gestalt, Polyvagal Theory, Reichian character structures, and attachment.
  • Mind-Body Practitioner Certification – Bridging the connection between mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
  • Breathwork Practioner: Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and currently certifying as a Breath Science Practitioner with the School of Breath Science.
  • Flow Research Collective Training: Optimising focus, the neuroscience of peak performance, and achieving flow states.
