At the heart of this work is relationship—real, authentic, and built on trust.
I approach coaching through the lens of the I-Thou relationship, a concept developed by philosopher Martin Buber. This describes a direct, mutual, and sacred connection—one where we meet each other fully, without judgment or objectification. It’s in this space, where you are truly seen and witnessed, that transformation becomes possible.
Trust is built over time. This is why I don’t offer single sessions. What’s in the way today is often resting on something deeper—something shaped long before this moment. Together, we’ll uncover what’s beneath the surface—not just the patterns you see now, but the beliefs, experiences, and relational dynamics that have shaped how you move through life.
Many of us were raised to believe we’re not enough. We learned to please instead of express, to shrink instead of take up space, to lose our voice rather than risk being too much. We absorbed messages about who we should be—through family, relationships, and culture—and those messages still shape our choices today.
But they don’t have to.
I understand relational and family dynamics, attachment patterns, and how our upbringing creates the lens through which we experience the world. What we don’t resolve, we repeat. The same patterns show up in business, in relationships, in the way we navigate success, conflict, intimacy, and self-worth.
And yet—these patterns are not fixed. They can be reworked, re-experienced, and integrated into something truer. In some models of the world, the Higher Self.
I’ve walked through fire—through loss, shame, grief, and self-destruction—and emerged on the other side with a deeper understanding of what it truly means to heal and reclaim oneself.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected—to perform for the world while silently struggling behind closed doors. I’ve endured heartbreak, lost my sense of self, questioned my identity and belonging, and watched the foundations of my beliefs crumble. At my lowest, I reached a breaking point—a moment where I had to choose: continue living as a fragmented version of myself or step fully into my truth.
As a filmmaker and storyteller, I traveled the world, working with diverse communities and amplifying the voices of women across the Arab world—from Saudi Arabia and Oman to Senegal and Tanzania. Immersed in different cultures, I navigated the complexities of identity, faith, gender, and power. These experiences exposed me to the unique ways people make sense of their world and, in turn, forced me to reexamine my own.
Through this journey, I discovered a powerful truth: we are shaped by our stories, but we are not bound by them. Healing begins when we stop running from our pain and instead learn to integrate it—transforming wounds into wisdom and survival into self-actualization.
Rebuilding wasn’t about pretending to be whole. It was about confronting the parts of myself I had long avoided, holding space for my own pain, and learning, step by step, to trust myself again.
I don’t just teach this work—I live it. And now, I help others do the same.
This is about more than healing. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your power, and your life. It’s about finding your way back home—to yourself.
I can guide your mind all day—help you reframe, analyze, and intellectualize your experiences. But true transformation doesn’t happen in the mind alone.
It happens through direct experience. Through feeling, not just understanding. Through being witnessed in a space of safety and compassion, where what was once fragmented can finally reintegrate.
This work is about wholeness. It’s not about forcing change but reclaiming what was lost—liberating the silenced parts of you and bringing them back into the light.
I combine Gestalt therapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork, shadow work, and deep unconscious exploration to guide you toward profound transformation. As a Polyvagal-informed practitioner, I bridge neuroscience and depth psychology to help you shift from survival and reactivity into presence and thriving. Inspired by Jung, I help you make the unconscious conscious, so you can step fully into the driver’s seat of your life.
Every person is unique. There is no rigid formula—because you are not a problem to be solved. I don’t follow a script; I follow you. I trust intuition, the present moment, and what arises naturally. This allows us to unlock, integrate, and empower the parts of you that have been waiting to be fully seen.
Transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you were before fear, conditioning, and fragmentation took hold. It is about coming home—to yourself.
